Tackle Football Equipment Checkout - July 15, 2021
Hello! Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Catching Up With Kids, Incorporated. Things are starting to get pretty busy here at our office as we get closer and closer to our fall sports starting! Right now, we are registering for Tackle Football, Flag Football, Outdoor Soccer, Volleyball, and Cheerleading. These seasons are scheduled to begin September 10 & 11 so don’t wait to get your kiddo signed up!
Tackle Football is one of our most popular sports and the lead-up to the season is unique. One major event is our equipment checkout days here at our office. Each and every one of our Tackle Football players is custom fitted for a full set of equipment prior to the season beginning. This includes a helmet, shoulder pads, and pants. Safety is our number one priority and up to date, well-fitting equipment is extremely important.
During our 2020 Tackle Football season, we had 28 4th – 6th grade teams and over 540 individual players get fitted for equipment. This year, our first day of equipment checkout is scheduled for August 21st. Teams with at least 15 players registered and paid by this date will visit our WareHouse and each player will get individually fitted to ensure they have the perfect set of equipment for them!
