General Information

The fifth annual Food Bowl, sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2007.  The event will take place once again at Kimbrough Stadium.

This event features all of our sixth grade tackle football teams competing in one last game on the field turf.  This event would not be possible without the generous support of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.  Their financial contribution to Kids, Incorporated pays for the rental of the stadium and the cost of game officials for each contest.

The West Texas A&M University baseball team also contributes their time and effort for this event.  Members of the baseball team manage the scoreboard, the PA system, assist with equipment check-in and serve as the chain crew for this event.  Special thanks to Mark Jones and his staff for their support and assistance with this event.

Entrance to the stadium will be at the southwest gate only.  Admission is $1 or one can of food, with proceeds going to the High Plains Food Bank.  Also, players should bring a change of clothes as we will check-in their equipment following each game.
