Once you have submitted this registration form, a confirmation page will appear.  At that time, you will have the opportunity to pay your child's registration fee online if you so choose.

Advantages to online payment:

  • Convenient and secure

  • Eliminates the need for a trip to our office

  • Saves you from having to write a check

  • Relieves the coach from the responsibility of collecting your child's fee

  • Your child's registration is complete

  • The additional fee charged for the online payment service ($2.50 for Spring Recreational Indoor Soccer) is usually cheaper and more convenient than driving across town.

It is not mandatory that you pay at this time.  We will place your child on a team, regardless of payment status.  If you choose to pay later, we will simply hold your child's game shirt until payment is made.


It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to contact the Kids, Incorporated office regarding a refund.  The following guidelines will be followed with respect to issuing refunds and/or program vouchers:

  1. One-hundred percent (100%) of the program fee shall be refunded if the parent/guardian submits a Refund Request Form prior to the first game of the season.
  2. Fifty-percent (50%) of the program fee shall be returned in the form of a program voucher if the parent/guardian submits a Refund Request Form within three (3) business days after the season has begun.
  3. If the child was issued a t-shirt or jersey, the item must be returned before a refund check or program voucher will be issued.
  4. No refunds and/or program vouchers shall be issued after the third business day following the beginning of the season.
  5. Program vouchers may be used toward any Kids, Incorporated sports program.  Vouchers are also transferable to another child if so desired.
