Carl Brown - West Texas State
Why Honored: Brown was widely successful while competing at West Texas State. In 1972, Brown took gold at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships in the 110 meter high hurdles, the 50 yard high hurdles, and the 60 meter high hurdles.
Brown also became the first athlete in the Missouri Valley Conference to become a 4-time winner in the 60 meter high hurdles. He won the event in 1971, 1972, 1973, and 1974.
