Post-Season Tournament Click here to view the final results from the post-season tournament.. 2008 Program Overview The Kids, Incorporated Club Basketball program is very different from our traditional school-based basketball programs. The purpose of our club basketball program is to allow competitive basketball teams an opportunity to participate in league play prior to the start of the area youth basketball tournament season. We began the program in 2005 with 36 teams (15 boys teams and 21 girls teams). The 2006 season saw the program grow to a total of 80 teams, 40 boys teams and 40 girls teams. In 2007, we increased again to 46 girls teams and 41 boys teams. In 2007, we enjoyed team participation from the following communities:
Many of the club teams participating in our league will go on to participate in local, regional, state, and national basketball tournaments. Kids, Incorporated has no immediate plans to conduct any tournaments, other than a season-ending event through our club league program. Teams participating in our club basketball program will be formed by coaches and/or parents seeking an advanced level of play for their child. Kids, Incorporated is not involved in the actual team formation process. |
