Why Honored: Webb began his career as the WTAMU Lady Buffs head soccer coach in January of 2010. Prior to that, he served as assistant coach for 14 seasons.

In 2012, the Lady Buffs went 13-7-1 and won the regular season and conference tournament championships on their way to the NCAA Tournament for the first time under Webb.

That same year, Webb was honored as the Lone Star Conference Coach of the Year for the first time.

In 2016, Webb led the Lady Buffs to a regular season Lone Star Conference title, the second in the programs history. That year, the Lady Buffs held an overall record of 11-6 and an LSC record of 9-3.

Webb was honored as the Lone Star Conference Coach of the year for the second time in 2016.

Quotable: "I am honored to be chosen as the PSHOF soccer coach of the year. I would like to thank the PSHOF for the award; and more importantly, thank them for putting in the time and energy to celebrate all sports in the Panhandle. Soccer is a team sport, so you can't accomplish things alone. This award is a reflection of the WTAMU athletic department, my staff and most importantly the young women that make up our team."
