Cody Rinne - Stratford High
Why Honored: Rinne served as dual threat for the Elks in the 2021/2022 season, playing as both quarterback and defensive back. The senior helped lead the team to an appearance and eventual win in the UIL state championships, a first for the program since 2008. Rinne and his team defeated No. 6 Falls City Beavers 39-27.
