Why Honored: During his freshman year, Miles carried the ball 165 times for 845 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was selected as the LSC Freshman of the Year, first-team all-LSC, and Daktronics all-West Region second team.
His senior year of 2000, Miles had 270 carries for 1,524 yards and 16 touchdowns. He was named the LSC Offensive Player of the Year, first-team all-LSC, all-West Region, Daktronics second-team all-America, and Football Gazette first team All-America.
