Bob "Pappy" Watson - Broadcasting

Why Honored: Watson spent many years as an announcer for KGNC in Amarillo, working on both the television and radio entities until he retired in 1969. 

Following his time in the radio and TV business, Watson was one of 300 people nationally who recorded books for the Library of Congress Talking Books Program. This program provides free library services for those with blindness or visual, physical, or reading disabilities.
