Why Honored: Thomas was drafted in the 1991 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles and went on to play nine seasons with them. In 1995 and 1996 he was selected as a member of the NFC's Pro Bowl team.
Following his time with the Eagles, Thomas played with the Oakland Raiders. He ended his career with 37 sacks and 27 interceptions.
