Why Honored: Solano helped lead the Sandies to the Class 5A State Championship. In the process, she picked up Class 5A Player of the Year honors from multiple different organizations.
During Tech's 2019 season, Solano played in 114 sets, with 457 digs. She is a two-time Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week and sits in the number 3 spot in total digs within the Big 12.
