Ezekiel Kipchirchir - West Texas A&M University
Why Honored: Kipchirchir, a Kenyan native and transfer from Iowa Central, finished 12th individually. He helped lead the Buffs to a 10th place overall finish at the NCAA National Championships.
Kipchirchir was named an All-American, the LSC Runner of the Year, and the South Central Men's Athlete of the Year by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
