General Information

The Kids, Incorporated fall soccer program is open to children ages 4 through fifth grade.  In order to participate, a child must turn four (4) years of age on or before the first day of league play.

Games are played in city parks on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons.  The program fee for the Kids, Incorporated fall soccer program is $50 and includes:

  • a game shirt for the player to keep
  • paid officials
  • eight league games
  • a year-end individual award
All age groups use a 5 v 5 format, with one of the five players designated as the goalie.  The recommended minimum number of players per team is seven (7) and the recommended maximum is ten (10).

Teams containing children ages 4 through first grade can be girls, boys and/or coed teams.  The overwhelming majority of teams for these age groups is coed.  Teams in grades 2-5 will consist of all boys or all girls.

NOTE TO PARENTS:  While not absolutely mandatory, Kids, Incorporated highly encourages parents to equip their children with shin guards for soccer play.  Shin guards will provide additional protection and can be purchased locally at Buck Sporting Goods, Academy, Wal Mart, etc..  Basic shin guards will vary in price from $4 to $12 depending on size and style.

Rules of Play

The rules and guidelines governing play for the Kids, Incorporated fall outdoor soccer program are intended to provide a foundation for the way the game should be played in our organization.  While officials will make judgment calls from time-to-time, these rules will be the basis for all play.
