Gary Hix - Canyon and Amarillo High
Why Honored: Hix has amassed quite the record as a baseball coach, with years spent at Lubbock Christian, Canyon, Amarillo High, and most recently, Coronado High School in Lubbock. Hix was honored by the PSHOF during his years at both Canyon and Amarillo High.
While at Canyon, Hix led the team of Eagles to the state tournament in 2003.
During his time at Amarillo High, Hix not only served as head baseball coach, but also lent his coaching abilities to the football team.
