James Pacheco - Palo Duro High
Why Honored: Pacheco had an astounding senior season at Palo Duro. He was honored as the District 3-5A Defensive Player of the Year, an All-Region 2nd Team selection, and was selected to play in both the Tasco All-Star Game and the Panhandle All-Star Game.
Pacheco was instrumental in the Dons allowing only 28 goals throughout their 26 game season.
He was named captain of the 2019 team, a superintendent scholar, and valedictorian.
