JEFF TIMMONS - BASEBALL COACH OF THE YEAR 2016, 2018

Jeff Timmons - Amarillo High

Why Honored: Timmons has over 30 years of head coaching experience. He served as the Amarillo High head baseball coach from 2011-2018. 

Timmons earned his 500th career win in 2016, while coaching the Sandies. 

During the 2018 season, he led Amarillo High to an appearance at the 5A regional finals, before falling to the eventual state champions. They ended that season with a record of 30-12-1.

Overall, Timmons has coached at Bryan Adams, Brownwood, Kingsville, Lampasas, Wills Point, and Amarillo High.
