Jill myatt - volleyball athlete of the year 1989
Jill Myatt - West Texas A&M University
Why Honored: Myatt played for the Lady Buffs from 1986-1989. She helped lead the team to the NCAA Elite Eight for the first time in school history during the 1989 season.
Myatt came to WT from Tascosa High, and was a major player in the turnaround of Lady Buff volleyball.
Myatt was inducted into the WT Hall of Honor in 1996.
