Why Honored: Josh and Abbie, the brother sister duo, made school history at the 2011 Class 3A State Tennis Tournament. The pair, who had previously made an appearance at the first round of the 2010 tournament, defeated a duo from Lindale to bring home the Class 3A mixed doubles gold medal. This was the first state tennis championship in Borger history.
