Why Honored: Hoelting had a widely successful high school tennis career, specifically her senior year. That season, Hoelting went 29-0 en route to a State Championship. She was named the 2015 Amarillo Globe-News Female Tennis Player of the Year.
Hoelting was a state semifinalist as a junior with a record of 26-1. She earned both district and regional championships.
Hoelting finished her high school career 102-5 and continued to play in college.
