Meredith Hays - Hereford, New Mexico State University, and University of Arkansas
Why Honored: While at NMSU, Hays was named to the All-WAC first team and finished third in the Western Athletic Conference in kills per game at 3.92 and points with 4.48. She was also named to the 2012 AVCA Division I West Team. Hays led NMSU to a 22-11 record and a berth in the NCAA tournament.
Hays transferred to University of Arkansas, and her first season she was named an All-American. She led the team in kills per set with 3.94.
