Rex Maddaford - Eastern New Mexico University
Why Honored: Maddaford was one of ENMU's top performers in track & field. He was a multi-time All-American in both track and cross country. Maddaford won the national title in the two-mile run in 1971 and was named as the NAIA's top athlete.
From 1969-1971, Maddaford won five national championships. He then continued his running career, eventually competing in the Olympics.
