Communication Is
Critical
If you have not heard
from a coach on or before January 3, 2008, we recommend that you
contact our office to check on the status of your child's registration
form.
It could be that we do
not have sufficient interest to form a team at your child's school for
his particular grade. There is always a possibility that we could
be facing a shortage of volunteer coaches.
In either case, we ask
parents to maintain communication with our office until your child has been placed on a team.
Payment
Instructions
Please do not send money to the
school. Once your child has been placed on a team, a coach will
contact you and will ask to collect the program fees from each team
member. The coach will submit the team roster and program fees at
one time.
If you prefer to pay in person, you
may do so after your coach has submitted the team roster. This
way, we will know who your child's coach will be and we will have the
team roster in our office for recording your payment.
