Team Checkout Appointments
Our goal is to equip as many teams as possible
on Saturday, August 22 and Saturday, August 29. We will
fill the 8:00am time slots first and move through the remaining
time slots in order. Should additional time be necessary
for either one of these days, our staff is ready to make
additional slots available.
Once a team has a total of 15 paid players
(complete with signed parent waivers), the coach may submit the
team roster to our office and signup for an equipment checkout
time.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your
team's assigned time. There will be multiple teams
receiving equipment during each time slot. It is important
that your child is on time. We will begin promptly at the
assigned time.

What If I Can't Make My
Team's Checkout Time?
Internally, we refer to these players as
"add-ons". It just means you couldn't make the scheduled
team checkout time.
If you miss your team's assigned checkout
appointment, you may come to the Kids, Incorporated WareHouse
after school, before 5:00pm, to be fitted on the following days:
