Why Honored: Hanna spent 38 years as a coach and administrator. During his time as head basketball coach at Borger, Hanna and his teams amassed a record of 414-11, winning the district title six times and advancing to the state tournament three times.
Hanna was honored as Texas School Administrator of the Year in 1977.
