Tom brown - basketball coach of the year 2018
Tom Brown - West Texas A&M University
Why Honored: Tom brown coached the WT Buffs basketball team to a whole new level in 2018. He led the team to a record-breaking season, with a record of 32-4. They beat out Ut-permian basin 80-76 to win the LSC championship and went on to claim the south central regional championship title as well.
Tom and his team made their way to the elite eight, for the first time since 1998, and to the school’s first ever final four appearance.
