Why Honored: 2019, Tinner's junior season, saw her returning to the court with a state championship title and major hype surrounding her and the upcoming season. She would go on to live up to the hype, averaging 18.4 points and 5.7 rebounds a game.
Tinner was named District 3-5A MVP. She helped lead the Lady Sandies to a second straight state championship title, leading her team in the title game with five assists.
