James Castleman - Amarillo High & OSU
Why Honored: Castleman played football at Amarillo High and went on to continue his career at Oklahoma State University. His most notable game with the Cowboys was the 2015 Cactus Bowl. Castleman, a normally defensive player, caught a pass from quarterback Mason Rudolph and ran for a gain of 48 yards, helping the Cowboys secure their win.
