Why Honored: Schulte, a Nazareth native, led the Lady Chaps to a perfect 23-0 season her senior year. She averaged 15 points, four rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game.
Schulte and her team captured the NCAA Division II National Championship.The guard was named the Most Outstanding Player in the championship game where she scored 18 points and was nine out of ten at the free-throw line. During the postseason as a whole, Schulte averaged 17.4 points a game.
She was selected First Team All-LSC, All-LSC Defensive, and All-LSC Academic, as well as a First Team All American.
