Candain Callahan - Canyon High
Why Honored: Callahan was honored as both the Amarillo Globe News Player of the Year and the District 3-4A Most Valuable Player in the 2019 season. Playing at shortstop, her stats boast 65 RBI's, 132 plate appearances, and a fielding percentage of .933%.
According to the NFHS record book, she was 4th in the nation with 60 career homeruns and 5th in the nation with 24 homeruns in a single season. Callahan is now continuing her softball career at the University of North Texas.
