Why Honored: Taylor was a standout player for the Lady Buffs basketball program. She helped lead the team to an appearance in the Elite Eight during the NCAA Division II tournament.
Taylor was selected first-team All-American, first-team All-LSC, and LSC Most Valuable Player. She was also named a third-team academic All-American, first-team All-South Central Region and South Central Regional Tournament MVP.
