Jake Krolick - West Texas A&M University
Why Honored: Krolick had a successful 2021, earning LSC Men's Cross Country Coach of the Year honors for the fourth consecutive year. He led the Buffs to their eighth straight Lone Star Conference championship title and the Lady Buffs to their second straight Lone Star Conference second place finish.
In lieu of the NCAA Division II National Championship, Krolick and his teams competed at the DII National Invite in Lubbock. There, Florence Uwajeneza won the individual title. The men's team finished tied for ninth in the men's national coaches poll and third at the DII National Invite.
