Why Honored: Botos serves as head baseball coach of the Childress Bobcats.
During his time as a coach, at least ten of Botos' former players have or are playing baseball at the college level.
Botos has coached three teams that finished in the top 20 of the state and 2 regional final appearances.
Botos is responsible for the Bobcats team as a whole, also spending time specifically with their pitchers, catchers, and corners.
