Why Honored: Patrick served as long time Tascosa Baseball head coach and assistant during the football season.
In March of 2015, while coaching the Rebels baseball team, Patrick earned his 200th win, a milestone for any coach.
In 2014, when his team won the area round playoffs, but did not receive a trophy from the host school, Patrick purchased one himself to celebrate his teams win. When asked about what this trophy and win meant to his team he said, "These trophies are important to these kids, so I wanted to make sure they had it and know that we have two right now and we are going for another one."
