Justin Martinez - Pampa High School
Why Honored: Martinez played a key role in the success of the Pampa High soccer team during the 2023 season. Leading his team to an impressive post-season run, Martinez was named district Offensive MVP and Player of the Year. Prior to the team falling in the area round of play, Martinez scored an impressive four goals in the bi-district round.
Martinez has signed with Paris Junior College to continue his soccer career.
