Kendra Potts - West Texas A&M University
Why Honored: Potts led the Lady Buffs to the program's 14th appearance in the NCAA Division II Volleyball Elite Eight during the 2021/2022 season, her third year as head coach for her alma mater.
Potts and her team ended the season with an overall record of 26-5, bringing her overall WT coaching record to 58-16.
