Shanna McBroom - West Texas A&M
Why Honored: McBroom was a crucial component to the Lady Buff's 2021 NCAA Division II National Championship win. Going into the tournament, the senior player led the nation in hits with 73 and ranked second in the nation in stolen bases and triples. She also ranked fourth in runs per game.
McBroom was named the Schutt Sports/National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division II National Player of the Year and became the second player in program history to be named the region's top player.
